It’s a food trailer, there are some picnic tables and plenty of parking. Great and friendly service. Food is delicious! The Caribbean shawarma wrap was fantastic and the dolmas were cold and fresh! I will be back!

Best falafel gyro I have had in a looong time. I believe the last time I had a somewhat good gyro was in the old old shopping mall that closed down years ago. And now, I find an even better gyro at the least expected place, in a food truck. Why do I say least expected? Because I have visited restaurants who claim to have the best of the best and yet have failed! I had my hopes almost faded away but now not no more! I hope to be back and try the rest of the menu

I’m in town from Kansas City helping a friend run errands for a wedding tomorrow and I find this place beyond the sea of strip mall chains and it was SO GOOD I will probably be back tomorrow ! Wasn’t expecting it to be a food truck at first, and it’s HOT outside but it didn’t matter once I got to eat the food. 10/10 would recommend

I gotta be honest, the one thing I’m learning about T-town is, you don’t need to be a brick and mortar to have fantastic food. I drive by this food truck all the time on the way to get, quite possibly, the best Mexican food in Tulsa, LA COSHI, (another food truck) and after sub-par, after sub-par med food experiences, decided to give shawarma street a shake. I wasn’t disappointed. I’m not sure if they have an actual spit, off to the side, with glorious rotating meats, or if it’s all done on flat top, but the pita burrito I get on the back end makes my taste buds sing! Now, since I’m being honest, the wraps could be a little bigger, and have a little more substance, but what they lack in size they more than make up in flavor. This is street food, it’s not trying to be anything else. For that reason, you will honestly be impressed.

Shawarma Street is a hidden gem tucked away at PKG, LOT 6217 S Mingo Rd in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This modest food trailer proves that exceptional street food doesn’t need a fancy brick-and-mortar setting to deliver bold, authentic flavors. From the moment you approach, the friendly service sets a welcoming tone, inviting you into a casual, no-frills dining experience with picnic tables and plenty of parking.

The highlight here is undoubtedly the variety and quality of shawarma and Mediterranean-inspired wraps. The Caribbean shawarma wrap bursts with vibrant, well-balanced spices, offering a refreshing twist on a classic. Fresh dolmas add a cool, tangy complement that rounds out the meal beautifully. Falafel lovers will find the falafel wrap irresistibly crispy and flavorful—so much so that it disappears before you even have time to snap a photo.

What truly elevates Shawarma Street is its ability to capture the essence of street food with every bite. The falafel gyro, praised as the best in town, speaks to the truck’s commitment to robust, authentic flavors that rival more established restaurants. Whether the meats are roasted on a spit or expertly grilled on a flat top, the savory aroma and juicy tenderness leave a lasting impression. While portions may lean towards a modest size, the intensity of taste more than compensates, making it a satisfying choice for anyone craving genuine Mediterranean street fare.

After sampling a pita burrito that made my taste buds sing, I can confidently say Shawarma Street stands out amid Tulsa’s food truck scene.
